P.A.'L.A.N.T.E. delivers its annual internship and mentoring program by developing a customized curriculum and conducts one-on-one assessments to help each participant map their educational goals and ambitions and match them with mentors in the not-for-profit and private sectors.
Our interns work in a professional office setting where they learn marketing, segmentation, tenant advocacy, and most importantly, they engage in community service. The program is a peer-led, hands-on and runs all year round.
Interested youth should submit a resume with a cover letter identifying your specific skills and where you feel you can contribute to our program to palante@palanteharlem.org
