P.A.’L.A.N.T.E.’s Stand and Deliver program is a prevention and intervention youth empowerment program that gives youths, ages 15 to 23, in Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood a role in combating homelessness, while gaining marketable skills, and forging positive relationships between community members.

P.A.’L.A.N.T.E. recognizes the urgent need to help develop the academic and social skills of at risk children. Today we train, educate and inspire youth to fulfill their potential.

Our interns work in a professional office setting where they learn marketing, segmentation, tenant advocacy, and most importantly, they engage in community service.

The program is a peer-led, hands-on, yearlong out-of-school program located in Harlem that runs all year round during the summer. As of 2019, PA’LANTE has provided internship opportunities to 347 young individuals.
