P.A’L.A.N.T.E. Harlem recognizes the urgent need to help develop the academic and social skills of children residing in run-down buildings. Today we train, educate and inspire youth to fulfill their potential.

Our interns work in a professional office setting where they learn marketing, segmentation, tenant advocacy and most importantly, they engage in community service.

P.A.'L.A.N.T.E. delivers its annual internship and mentoring program by developing a customized curriculum and conducts one-on-one assessments to help each participant map their educational goals and ambitions and match them with mentors in the not for profit and private sectors.
